The SMART System
'SMART' is an acronym for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound goals.
Put simply, the system makes very clear what is expected of the student, and the measures to be used to determine if a learning objective has been achieved.
SMART is proven to help students gain more focus. Progress is recognised through an appealing reward card system and students are highly driven towards achieving their goals.
